• good, comfortable, water-proof boots (maybe 2 pairs)
• warm hunting jacket
• if you get cold easily, bring your long johns
• rain poncho or water-proof jacket
• orange clothes, check the requirement from the Colorado Division of Wildlife
• medication, if needed
• binoculars
• good flashlight and extra batteries
• canteen and daypack
• your bow, gun or pistol incl. ammo, arrows – you name it, you need it. Don’t forget your hunting knife !
• your own beer / snacks
• don’t forget your Hunter Education Card
• cooler for the meat
• if you like – your own tree stand

 
The weather can change in a heartbeat in Colorado – so better be prepared.
