Checklist
What you should bring:
- good, comfortable, water proof boots (maybe 2 pairs)
- warm hunting jacket
- if you get cold real easy, bring your long johns
- rain poncho or water proof jacket
- orange clothes, check the requirement form the Colorado Division of Wildlife
- medication, if you need some
- binoculars
- good flashlight and extra batteries
- Canteen and Daypack
- your bow, gun or pistol incl. ammos, arrows - you name it you need it. Don't forget your hunting knife !
- your own beer / snacks
- don't forget your Hunter Education Card
- cooler for the meat
- if you like - your own tree stand
The weather can change in a heartbeat in Colorado
- so better be prepared.
